POWER COB

ENERGY FROM AN INNOVATIVE IDEA

The Power Cob is an innovative technology that combines sourcing and processing of agricultural production residues - corn cob cores. Many years of experience and a unique technology enable us to utilize the waste from corn production as a highly efficient source of energy.

The power production line offered by PowerCob is fully in line with RES and, most importantly, the energy production is carried out continuously and with no interruptions. Various forms of cooperation are possible, depending on the individual needs of our clients.

Our mission is to provide clean energy using waste materials for the sake of the environment.

We save money and the planet.

ABOUT US

The originator and the brain behind the project, Michał Wyczałek-Jagiełło has been working professionally in the photogrammetry industry since 2005 and his experience has also included dealing with satellite and aviation data.

For years, he has cooperated with the European Space Agency (ESA). In 2015, he developed algorithms using satellite data for the analysis of agricultural crops. In this project, he has partnered with large agricultural enterprises and at one point he identified a type of crop leftovers which had never before been utilized in economy or post-harvest agriculture – cores of corn cobs.

After a thorough analysis of their physico-chemical parameters, they proved to be a material

of high energy potential. In 2018, as part of a project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development, he developed an agricultural machine that is an attachment to the header.  It collects cores of corn cobs  from the field without the need for additional expenditure. In 2020, the device was built and tested and it was launched on the market

in the following year. Easy sourcing  of a valuable biomass material - cores of corn cobs -

is now possible.

Where are we today?

Currently, we are the only company that offers cooperation in the field of core harvesting.

We sell the obtained material to power industry enterprises and, also, use it as fuel for our own dedicated co-generation energy production line.

We provide the entire supply chain to our customers so that they can use green energy

at a low cost.
